Since there is no obvious way to hyperlink text in a Quizizz quiz question, you will need to TRUST that this trick will work.
Highlight the desired text to hyperlink and use Control V to paste it.
Traditionally, you use Control K to hyperlink. That will NOT work in Quizizz. Control V will hyperlink the selected text with the URL that is already copied to your clipboard. You can not type in the desired link destination, you must paste it.
