Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– What do you like most about the area where you live?
– How long have you lived in your neighbourhood?
– What kinds of children’s games are common in your country?
– Did you play those games when you were a child?
– What was your favourite game to play?
– Are there enough parks or playgrounds in your area?
– What would make your neighbourhood more convenient for kids?
– Do you think your neighbourhood is a good place for families to live?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe an argument between two people who are close to you. You should say:
– who the people were
– what the argument was about
– when and where it happened
and explain how you felt about the situation.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Why do conflicts sometimes happen between relatives?
– How important are healthy relationships among family members?
– What can people do to maintain good relationships with friends and family?
– Do you think people manage conflicts differently now than in the past?
– How important is communication between family members?
– In your opinion, what qualities are important for strong friendships?
