Customers Gusto, Indeed, and T-Mobile awarded for their use of Grammarly to scale effective organizational communication with AI

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12, 2025—Superhuman, the AI productivity platform for apps and agents, today announced the winners of its inaugural Grammarly Vanguard Awards. The program evaluates Grammarly customers for excellence in using AI to improve communication quality and uphold brand standards. These capabilities are critical as organizations address communication inflation and workplace challenges, with poor communication costing companies an average of $9.3 million in lost productivity annually.

The Vanguard Awards recognize achievement across three categories for brand consistency, knowledge management, and AI transformation. This year’s winners include Gusto, Indeed, and T-Mobile.

“These three organizations exemplify excellence in modern workplace communication,” said David Hwang, Superhuman’s Chief Customer Officer. “Gusto, Indeed, and T-Mobile have found innovative ways to use Grammarly to demonstrate how AI works best when it augments human potential. We’re excited to honor them in this new era of AI-powered work. They have proven how AI helps teams focus on creativity and empathy to deliver meaningful results for their customers, while also delivering the tools and capabilities for their teams to work faster.”

The Knowledge Keeper Award: Gusto

Gusto is a top user of Grammarly’s Knowledge Share, creating and inserting more terms than almost any other Grammarly customer, helping employees access relevant company information as they type, so they can work without breaking focus. The company provides Grammarly access across its customer support team, including outsourced vendor partners, and has seen customer satisfaction scores increase by 10 points among agents who actively use Grammarly suggestions.

“Grammarly is incredibly embedded in our daily workflows, and our team has seen fantastic productivity gains using the tool,” said Karen Fuller, Gusto’s Head of Customer Care. “Our approach to AI at Gusto is to focus on the problem and focus on the people, and Grammarly helps us find the human in every interaction with our customers.”

The AI Alchemist Award: Indeed

Indeed has successfully scaled AI adoption across its global workforce through a strategic enablement program. The company has integrated Grammarly into employees’ daily workflows, providing writing assistance across all the systems and platforms they use. This approach has contributed to a culture where over 80% of Indeed employees report that AI adds value to their workday.

“We’ve shifted from asking teams to just use tools to asking what outcomes they’re trying to achieve,” said Steph Hilz, Indeed’s AI Enablement lead. “Grammarly is woven into our employees’ everyday workflows to help drive faster innovation and sharper communication, all to help us remain focused on our mission of helping people get jobs.”

The Signal Shaper Award: T-Mobile

T-Mobile’s T-Studios team, which serves as the in-house agency for the company’s content creation across all lines of business, has achieved industry-leading adoption of Grammarly’s brand voice and style guide suggestions. T-Mobile demonstrates how large, fast-moving organizations can maintain brand consistency without sacrificing speed or creativity. The brand also has one of the highest acceptance rates of style and tone suggestions among all Grammarly Enterprise customers.

“At T-Mobile, we move fast, which means staying on-brand across every line of business isn’t just important, it’s essential,” said Kalie Kimball, T-Mobile’s Senior Director, T-Studios Web & App Creative. “Grammarly helps us do exactly that. It meets our teams where they work, offering real-time, contextual guidance that reinforces our approved language and brand voice. It’s more than just a writing tool—it’s a brand consistency partner. We’re honored to be recognized with The Signal Shaper award.”
