Customers Gusto, Indeed, and T-Mobile awarded for their use of Grammarly to scale effective organizational communication with AI

The company provides Grammarly access across its customer support team, including outsourced vendor partners, and has seen customer satisfaction scores increase by 10 points among agents who actively use Grammarly suggestions.
